About Me
I've spent over 30 years at the intersection of technology and business as a founder, CTO, architect and board member. I've built platforms from scratch, guided businesses through acquisition, integrated software companies after M&A and helped leadership teams make technology decisions that shaped their futures. That breadth of experience is what I bring to MULO Consulting.

What I've done
Most recently, as a board member and CTO, I guided a business through a full ownership transition from PLC to private equity, to acquisition by a leading global fintech enterprise operating in over 40 countries. During that time I built a consultancy function from the ground up, established a scalable cloud platform and delivered technology advisory to Tier 1 banks and enterprise charities.
Prior to that, I held senior technology leadership roles across a range of businesses. Managing the integration of three acquired software platforms into a single solution, driving rapid growth and a successful acquisition at another and everything in between. Earlier in my career I founded my own software business, giving me the founder's perspective I bring to every client engagement today.
Across all of it, I've worked in proptech, fintech, healthtech and the charity sector. From startups finding their footing to enterprises managing global complexity.

I'm based in Gloucestershire and work with businesses across the UK. Engagements are flexible - from a single advisory session to an ongoing fractional or interim arrangement.
